Job Description:
Solution-focused professional responsible for selling Recruitment services for prospective and existing clients
Responsibilities:
• Selling Recruitment services
• Respond to existing and prospective client requests for proposals
• Present our Recruitment services as a differentiator in the Recruitment cycle
• Meet or exceed assigned sales target
• Develop and maintain a quality of services
Skills:
• Must have at least 3 years of experience of sales
• Strong business analysis, solution crafting, interaction management, and presentation skills.
• Should have an in depth knowledge of selling strategies, development of proposals, close plans and statements of work for the Recruitment Services.
• Proven ability to exceed sales quotas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Willing to travel.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in order to liaise between the user community, and our team.
