- Prepare a review plan at least one month before the beginning of the year and be approved by the Department.
- Follow up the implementation of all decisions of the Board of Directors and ensure their implementation.
- Ensure the proper implementation of internal control procedures for all sections of the institution.
- Submit a report to the Director General of the Foundation and the senior management of all the observations that emerged during the review process and taking into account the following:
- The report should be accurate so that the writing does not carry more than one meaning.
- Recommendations should be applicable.
- Ensure after review of the absence of errors in the processes entered and deported, whether it has a significant impact or not to the financial accounts of the institution and the Director General of errors, if any.
- Issuing periodic reports to the Director General indicating the violations that may occur and weaknesses in the internal control procedures, which are discovered by documentary review and which cause financial loss to the Corporation in the event that it is incurred.
- Making the amendment to the general journal entry that has the error and it is required to modify it and to clarify the error in writing above the same constraint and the required amendment to the data also depends on the required amendment from:
- Chief Accountant.
- Chief Financial Officer.
- Internal Auditor.
- Director of the Foundation.
- The old registration with the error indicated in the amendment proposal and approved by the above mentioned officials shall be accompanied by the amended new registration.
- Taking copies of the periodic reports of administrations to follow up and correct deviations and grandmothers.
