tasks and responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the main objectives of the company and participate in the formulation.
- Participation in the committees and meetings to which he is invited and to express his opinion on the results and decisions and participate in internal and external legal seminars, in accordance with the instructions issued by the Director General.
- Preparation of sub-plans and executive programs for legal affairs to achieve the main objectives of the company.
- To chair and manage periodic meetings of the Directorate of Legal Affairs and assist in the issuance of appropriate decisions based on the facts received.
- Respond to all questions and legal inquiries received from the departments, factories and directorates of the company, and provide legal advice in all matters concerning the company on legal rights, obligations and duties.
- Supervising the establishment of a special system for accounting, auditing, classification, indexing and keeping all decisions, official documents, books and legal reviews.
- Verification that all legal legislation is already applied in the company and the initiative to indicate gaps in the decisions and instructions in force in the company, through their application to the reality and propose the necessary amendments to them.
- To study all issues related to the company and follow up the disputes and issues to which the company is a party, and supervise the preparation of documents and documents necessary and documented to evict the company party from any legal action against them and provide the fundamental responses to them, along with the evidence and legal evidence on these issues.
- Provide legal opinion in all cases and cases received from various government departments and institutions, and work to address the issues.
- To build friendly relations with all government departments and institutions and judicial bodies, which in turn provide legal support to the company in the management of its operations.
- Provide guidance and legal advice in the drafting and review of contracts and agreements of the company and its departments, factories and directorates.
- Develop the legal strategies and policies of the company to help reduce litigation and overcome disputes and problems with external parties.
- Monitoring the laws and regulations of the government and regulations that affect the work of the company, and presented to the senior management for discussion, and provide the necessary legal recommendations.
- Representing the company before the judiciary, institutions and government departments, and working on the management of legal issues.
- Preparation of the legal drafting of administrative decisions issued by the relevant departments in order not to be challenged before the competent authorities.
- To review the Arab and international conventions whose subject matter is related to the company's activity, and make suggestions in light of this.
- Work to find solutions to cases or problems that are not covered by the law, or there is no clear legislation regarding them.
Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Law
Arabic fluently spoken and written
Excellent spoken and written English
Must have at least 10 years experience in law or judicial work
