- The call center representative shall be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers to receive any request, answer any query or question, deal with complaints, solve problems, provide information and market the company's services and products
Requirements:
Preferably fluent in spoken and written English.
Ability to cope with work pressures.
Ability to work for different periods of morning or evening
