Director of Operation and Development (Factory Manager)
Responsibilities:
1. Successfully manage the manufacturing process through:
Total quality in raw materials, products, worker performance and manufacturing processes
Reduce manufacturing cycle time, development and management
Reduction or prevention of waste or loss of raw materials, equipment, machinery and number
2. Development:
Employee performance and work environment
Modification and change of machinery, equipment and auxiliary equipment
System (follow - up - evaluation - motivation - permanence - holidays)
Current products and new products
Mechanisms for problem analysis and research and training mechanisms
Methods of transfer of technologies and information
3. Follow-up (production and maintenance plans - control - performance evaluation - incentives)
Duties:
1. Adopts subordinate training plans to improve performance and productivity and selects the competencies required to fill factory-free positions
2. Use statistical methods and quantity to measure the quality of work and achieve the quality goals targeted by the company
3. Follow-up of occupational safety and health programs
4. Depends on production, maintenance and development plans
5. Reports daily on the progress of operations and development to the Director General.
Requirements:
1- Leadership skill on team leader
2. Ability to direct and indirect guidance
3 - Ability to negotiate and determine the technical specifications of the needs of the plant and have excellent communication skills
4. Create a clear and healthy working environment
5 - Speaks and writes the two languages: English and Arabic fluently
6. Ability to make decisions
7 - Must be self-initiative has a queen of creativity and has the ability to develop and the ability to analyze and solve problems
Areas of expertise
Working in the fields of:
• Injection of plastic pipe connections (PVC)
• Extrusion of PVC pipes
• PVC mixing
• Experience in templates
• Experience in maintenance
• Experience in specification of machines and molds
• Experience in production planning programs
• Administration
• He must have worked as an operating manager or factory manager for at least five years in the same field
• Preferably who has already worked in a large factory or a group of small factories
