Job description:
- Turns on the phone (or part) of the phone for local or international calls
- Monitors the keypad to receive incoming calls and moves wires, keys or buttons to connect the person with the speaker to the speaker
- The necessary communications are made in preparation for outgoing calls, including: issuing the necessary instructions to other central workers. Record the period of external and internal talks and estimate their cost.
- Responds to telephone inquiries, giving the necessary information and taking messages and reporting.
