Job description:
First: Policies and Procedures:
- Supervising the implementation of policies related to administrative procedures and verifying their suitability to the nature of work.
- Ensure the application and effectiveness of the policies of administrative affairs with reports of deviations.
- Analysis of deviations from systems and policies developed and finding appropriate solutions to problems that cause deviations.
- Constant updating of policies and regulations to cope with different variables.
Second: Follow-up and reports:
- Periodic follow-up of any new decisions issued by the labor force and discuss problems that concern the company at the Labor Office.
- Issuing administrative instructions for any new position concerning workers' affairs after reviewing the applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensuring that the company's articles of association comply with the applicable laws while working to spread the concepts of administrative systems among the employees of the company.
- Oversees the accuracy of the accumulated annual statistics on employee vacations, absenteeism and turnover.
- Supervises the accuracy of the employee database, which includes a biography of each employee as well as the salary since his appointment and until he left the company.
Third: Supervision and Administrative Instructions:
- Supervise the process of providing the necessary manpower for the company to take appropriate methods.
- Ensuring that the salary, attendance and disbursement movement is reviewed and sent to the financial management on time.
- Signing and reviewing maintenance contracts for all administrative services of the company.
- Ensuring the application of sanctions, leave and overtime systems, while identifying deviations and avoiding them.
- Ensuring the efficiency of the social insurance systems with follow-up of the insurance procedures and the civil balances and credit with the insurance.
- Ensure the efficiency of the health insurance systems and follow up the implementation procedures with the development of regulations on how to deal with work injury.
- Ensure the quality of public services provided to employees and work to improve them periodically.
- Supervises the plans of the needs of the working forces and make sure to take all measures to get the best cadres.
- Supervises the process of translating strategic objectives to keep up with changes in the organizational structure.
- Oversees career planning and performance development plans.
- Review and present the balance of manpower to the direct director to take the required approvals.
- Supervises the application of all administrative regulations approved by the company.
- Establishes the policies and procedures related to the administrative sanctions and the organization of the company's functional behavior.
Fourth: Employment:
- Supervises the efficiency of interviews and tests and conducts interviews of candidates for department managers.
- Supervises the preparation of policies related to recruitment, transport plans and promotions.
- Establishes the policies related to the preparation and offers of employment and contracts of employment and shall sign on behalf of the senior management in accordance with the budget in question.
Fifth: Management of the system of wages and incentives:
- Establishes policies for the company's payroll and incentive system.
- Oversees the process of determining the salary levels of the company and determining the salary limits for the company's functions.
- Establishes policies for coordinating performance appraisal activities and linking them to salaries.
- Supervises the evaluation of the methods of applying incentive systems and linking them to business results.
