Job description:
- Setting the operational priorities of the HR department in line with the company's strategic plan and ensuring the quality of the work outputs within the HR department.
- Develop the plan of the annual human resources department and monitor its implementation and reporting related. In addition to participating in the development of the general management plan for human resources and administrative affairs.
- Coordinating with the relevant organizational units, supervising the development of policies, procedures and standards related to the main functions of the HR department for adoption by all organizational units in the company.
- Planning the operations and practices of manpower planning and recruitment in coordination with all organizational units, including identifying the needs and requirements of cadres, receiving and reviewing job applications, selecting the most suitable candidate for the job, interviewing job candidates, managing candidate data for posts and making recommendations to the heads and managers of the relevant organizational units.
- Develop and manage recruitment procedures and programs, which include identifying suitable and effective recruitment channels, developing and updating the recruitment database, and identifying the job vacancy models in the company according to the company's policies and procedures.
- Establishing lasting strategic relationships with recruitment companies and consultants to facilitate the recruitment of the best competencies and negotiate with them to conclude employment service agreements.
- Determine the needs of cadres and ensure the distribution of necessary models in coordination with the sectors and departments concerned.
- Supervising the process of developing and updating job description cards for all company functions in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
- Performance management and monitoring of the implementation of all stages of the performance management system (planning, review, evaluation) in coordination with sector heads and department managers to identify and develop key performance indicators and monitor and evaluate the performance of all employees in the company.
- Manage competency planning activities and training and development programs in coordination with the relevant sectors, departments and departments of the company.
- Develop training programs and curricula and use external training programs that meet training objectives and requirements to help build skills and knowledge of employees in their areas of work.
- Supervise the process of keeping staff files and ensure that the information contained therein is continuously updated by recording and documenting all information related to the company's employees such as promotions, training courses, matters related to salaries, allowances, benefits, deductions, records and documents of health insurance cards and related information and data.
- Coordination of staff separations and participation in interviews with employees leaving the company.
- Overseeing the preparation and updating of records and payroll systems in order to ensure the existence of accurate and complete accounts for the disclosure of accounts in coordination and cooperation with the accounting department.
- Supervising the preparation of monthly reports that refer to the details of salary expenses in terms of level of career and rank or any other input necessary to support the decision-making process appropriate with the pre-management company.
- Manage relations with government agencies such as: social insurance, labor office, passport office etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related majors
  • Professional certificates such as Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR)
  • 8 - 10 years of practical experience or relevant experience in human resources, personnel services and government relations
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and follow up with all organizational units within the company
