- Management and follow-up tasks of personnel management and the payroll unit.
- To direct and support staff and raise their efficiency and assistance.
- Ensuring the introduction and updating of all personnel data in the electronic system.
- Follow-up rate Saudization and application of annual employment plans.
- Audit and review of salaries, entitlements and leave before disbursement.
- Oversees the planning and organization of the work and activities assigned to the Personnel Affairs Department.
It follows all procedures related to personnel matters in terms of controlling the movement of procedures and benefits related to transfer / loan / assignment / annual increments / bonuses / annual reports / licenses of all types and supervising their documentation in the registers and prescribed forms.
- The table of job profiles and the vacancies are determined annually in coordination with the concerned authorities and financial management.
- Pursues applications for employment and procedures with all competent authorities inside and outside the company.
