- Review the departments and government agencies to clear the transactions of the company and its employees.
- Implement the company's regulations and regulations (view and implement regulations and circulars and keep copies thereof).
- Taking action related to the Labor Office such as the application for work permits and work visas.
- Taking measures related to the Chamber of Commerce such as ratifying letters and renewing the membership of chambers of commerce.
- Take measures related to police and traffic such as issuing and renewing vehicle forms.
- Updating and updating all requirements of forms, documents and governmental procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Reviewing municipalities and issuing licenses.
- To carry out liaison and arrangements for the issuance of cards and permits for company vehicles as required.
- Preparation and preparation of reports on a weekly and monthly basis and to limit the results if required.
- Carry out all related tasks not mentioned above if needed.
Requirements:
Serious work pressure tolerance.
Preferably between 30 and 40 years old.
Full knowledge of government documents, models and procedures. And office work.
Minimum 3 years in auditing of government departments.
