- Maintenance of all facilities, equipment, factory machines and vehicles when there is any malfunction or through the periodic maintenance schedule approved by the equipment manufacturers
- Make any modifications to the facilities and plant equipment that require construction or modernization work
- Repair faults that require plumbing work or provide sources of electrical or water power and work of electrical wiring and extensions of internal telephone communications and computer networks.
- Coordination on receipt of new equipment and machines to know how to maintain and install with suppliers.
- Develop and update periodic maintenance schedule for machinery, equipment and cars in coordination with production managers and departments for not disrupting daily work.
- Repair of cars, trucks, forklifts, oil changes and tires as needed
- Coordination and supervision of external maintenance works with contractors when needed
Prepare spare parts orders and follow them until they are installed and register them in the equipment maintenance register
