Job description:
- Receiving incoming calls
- Receiving and distributing incoming faxes
- Preparation of meetings of the Director
- Reservations of flights, hotels or cars to the company and to the General Manager
- Preparing miscellaneous letters
- Tracking the land and mobile phone bills of the manager and the company
- Follow up the electricity bills of the office
- All related to the offices of the company from maintenance and other communication with the management of the building
- Prepare shipments of papers or boxes for inside or outside the Kingdom dhl
- Supervising drivers and directing them to work required by the Director or other sections
- Supervising and maintaining cars and following up claims in case of accidents, God forbid
- Application for travel visas to the Director General
- Making appointments for the Director General, whether hospitals or others
