- Buying raw materials, equipment and spare parts from specialized suppliers inside and outside the Kingdom and providing them in time for the continuation of the production processes
- Study the market and identify suppliers and their potential, specifications and prices and the way of delivery of materials and equipment and prepare a list of them and updated periodically to quickly identify and buy materials from it when needed and build good relations with them.
- Compare and review the offers according to specifications, price, length and delivery method and challenge the best offers and guidance to the management by contracting and finalize the procurement procedures
- Follow-up with suppliers to ensure the products of shipment and the speed of receipt of bills and bills of lading and coordination with the financial affairs to pay dues in time not to delay receipt of materials
- Ensure that all materials and equipment purchased upon arrival correspond to what is stated in contracts and purchase orders in terms of quality, quantity and specifications
- Record and follow-up purchase orders and save them in the computer and records and prepare the necessary reports
