Job description:
- Search for employees.
- Coordination with departments and departments wishing to obtain new managers and supervisors.
- Conducting final interviews.
- Determine the eligibility of the new employee.
- Approving the employment of the new employee.
- Writing job advertisements in addition to determining how and where to advertise this post.
- Preparation of job descriptions and personal specifications.
- Develop development plans for the establishment of a new department and jobs based on the restructuring of the employer.
- Development and innovation in finding employment solutions in the event of the passage of the work experience period through which the difficulties in attracting the workforce of the required level and quality.
- Designing, modifying and updating models in addition to developing the procedures.
- Effective and professional support as well as advice and guidance to departments and departments in the cases of recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
  • · Proficiency in dealing with Office applications
  • Experience in management and field of work
