- Representing the company on behalf of the partners and taking responsibility for the termination of all transactions and transactions with any governmental or private entity, but not limited to
- Arranging and attending meetings with the technical team and government agencies
- Signing project contracts with government agencies
- Signing contracts and partnerships with local and international companies
- Representing the company inside and outside (opening branches)
- Editing, drafting and signing contracts with employees / clients / etc
- Editing and drafting letters of any kind
- Review of the Labor Office for the issuance of visas and succession (a prerequisite)
- Municipal review (basic condition)
- Termination of procedures for disbursement of abstracts and financial amounts from contracted government agencies (basic condition)
- Ministry of Commerce review (basic condition)
- Chamber of Commerce (basic condition)
- Social security (basic condition)
- Department of Zakat and Income (basic condition)
- Any other related party (basic condition)
Requirements:
Preferably who has experience in the field of information technology
Fluent in English Speaking and preferably in writing
Able to plan, supervise, execute and accomplish the above tasks.
He has a bachelor's degree in business administration, law or secondary education and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
