The accountant of salaries and wages shall perform tasks related to the payment of financial dues to employees. His main tasks:
• Preparation of salary scales and monthly compensation attached to all the substitutions of the promotion and deductibles and bonuses and the deduction of the share of insurance and tax, unions and loan installments.
• Review salary scales and wages and compare them with previous months and correct errors if they exist.
• Prepare schedules of the specializations of the departments of the organization and the classification of employees in the payroll according to the law to which the employee.
• Identify company policies on recruitment, basic salaries and allowances.
• Addresses the financial matters of employees, including patents and compensation for injury to work and the inclusion and termination of service and liquidation of end-of-service indemnities and rates of increase in the case of additional work and compensation of nature of work and specialization.
• Calculation of end of service balances in cases of separation or resignation
• Follow-up advances and loans granted to employees per month.
