Job description:
- Work and continuous cooperation with departments in terms of operational and administrative operations
- Ensure the availability of tools and work needs
- Follow-up to inform the staff of the Center of information and updates
- Working to achieve the goals targeted by the Center's management
Requirements:
  • Minimum secondary education level
  • Full-time work
  • At least 3 years experience in customer service environment
  • English is spoken and written
  • High leadership abilities
  • Communication skills and improved human relations among staff
  • High skills in computer use
  • Contact centers in terms of information and how to develop
