Core duties and responsibilities:
First: Policies and Procedures:
1. Supervising the implementation of policies concerning administrative procedures and verifying their suitability to the nature of work.
2. Ensure the application and effectiveness of administrative affairs policies with reporting deviations.
3. Analyzing deviations from established systems and policies and finding appropriate solutions to problems that cause deviations.
4. Continuous updating of policies and regulations to cope with different variables.
Second: Follow-up and reports:
1. Follow up periodically any new decisions issued by the workforce and discuss the problems that concern the company at the Labor Office.
2. Issue administrative instructions for any new position concerning workers' affairs after reviewing the applicable laws and regulations.
3. Ensuring that the company's articles of association comply with the applicable laws while working to spread the concepts of administrative systems among the employees of the company.
4. Supervises the accuracy of the accumulated annual statistics on employees' vacations, absenteeism and turnover.
5. Supervises the accuracy of the employee database, which includes a biography of each employee as well as the salary since his appointment until he left the company.
Third: Supervision and Administrative Instructions:
1. Supervise the process of providing the necessary manpower for the company to take the appropriate methods.
3. Ensure that the movement of salaries, attendance and departure is reviewed and sent to the financial management on time.
4. Signing and reviewing maintenance contracts for all administrative services of the company.
5. Ensure the application of sanctions regimes, holidays and overtime while identifying deviations and avoiding them.
6. Ensuring the efficiency of the social insurance systems with follow-up of the insurance procedures and the civil balances and the credit with the insurance.
7. Ensure the efficiency of the health insurance systems and follow up the procedures of implementation with the development of regulations on how to deal with work injury.
8. Ensure the quality of public services provided to employees and work to improve them periodically.
9. Supervises the plans of the needs of the working forces and make sure to take all measures to get the best cadres.
10. Supervises the process of translating strategic objectives to keep pace with the changes in the organizational structure.
11. Supervises career progression plans and performance development.
12. Review and present the balance of manpower to the direct manager to take the required approvals.
14. Supervises the application of all administrative regulations approved by the company.
16. Develop policies and procedures related to administrative sanctions and regulate the company's conduct.
Fourth: Employment:
1. Supervises the efficiency of personal interviews and tests and conducts interviews of candidates for department managers.
2. Supervises the preparation of policies related to recruitment, transport plans and promotions.
3. Establishes the policies related to the preparation and offers of employment and contracts of employment and shall sign on behalf of the senior management in accordance with the budget.
Fifth: Management of the system of wages and incentives:
1. Develop policies for the company's payroll and incentive system.
2. Supervises the process of determining the salary levels of the company and determining the salary limits for the company's functions.
