- Prepare the monthly schedule and work of the director
- Preparation of the weekly plan for the work of the Director
- Editing and printing letters and letters of management
- Save and maintain all files of the Office of Management in a manner that ensures the safety and speed of the call
- Receiving and directing the mail and fax in the name of the administration and presenting it to the specialist and indexing these documents
- Receive, direct and send e-mail messages for management and indexing these messages
- Registration of mail and fax issued by the Office of Management and indexing of outgoing faxes
- Writing minutes of all meetings and meetings to which the Director is a party
- Preparation for meetings of the administration or periodic meetings and the coordination and processing of all documents and documents relating to the subject of the meeting

- Writing a weekly report to show what has been done and what has been postponed with a statement of reason and submitted to the Director of the Office

Secretarial course
Age not less than 25 years and not more than 35 years
Dealing with desktop computers, laptops, and modern communication equipment
Dealing with MS Office professionally and quickly writing at least 40 words / minutes
Dealing with various e-mail management systems and scheduling appointments professionally
Ability to effectively communicate and manage diverse business at the same time
Preferably with experience in using design software and web software
