Job Description:
- Working as a link between management and employees, dealing with questions, interpretation and management of contracts and help solve work-related problems.
- Analyze and modify compensation and interest policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Advising management on regulatory policy such as equal opportunities and recommending changes.
- Planning and directing the new employee to strengthen the positive attitude towards organizational goals.
- Identification of vacancies, recruitment and identification of applicants.
- Planning, direct, supervising and coordinating the work of subordinates and employees related to work, compensation, labor relations and employee relations.
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling or coordinating the activities of employees.
- Management of compensation and benefits and performance management systems and programs of safety and entertainment.
Requirements:
Universities, Human Resources.
Work experience: Between 7-10 years.
Number of employees of the company in which he works: between 250-300 employees.
Experience in developing and implementing corporate policies: (Policy & Procedures).
Organization and application of administrative structure.
In full compliance with the decisions of the Ministry of Labor and follow-up.
Manage at least 5 people directly or indirectly.
On typing typing formulas for employees.
Experienced in dealing with health insurance, insurance of goods, warehouses and cars, and customs clearance.
Preferably to have experience in the activity of construction materials companies, import and export.
