- Pricing / preparation of tenders and follow-up.
- Training and development of vendors / customers.
- Offers to the customer.
- Product commissioning.
- Control of quotations from regional offices.
- Technical support and application of regional sales force
- Maintain full knowledge of current products and competitive comparisons
- In coordination with regional sales managers, arrange for product training, product launches and customer seminars.
- Work directly with regional sales staff on advanced or complex jobs (Centac, PET, Rotary exercises, special packaging, etc ......) to assist in device selection, customer presentations and sales closing.
- Provide technical support and guidance for regional operations on complex installation requirements and post-natal troubleshooting.
- Customer meetings and non-standard site visits, whenever necessary, help and ensure full understanding and matching to customer requirements, before bidding, and enhance customer satisfaction on commissioning.
- Help areas in pricing, and try to prepare and pricing equipment
