Job description:
- Organizing work in the administration and distribution of work to subordinates in order to achieve good work and achieve goals.
- Evaluation of the performance of employees under his administration.
- Develop the mechanism for dealing among its employees and also to deal with other relevant departments.
- Investigation of all complaints from employees in the company.
- Receive proposals aimed at developing the company's work, study and implementation.
- Follow up on the termination of cases and disputes brought against or against the company in various government agencies.
- Follow up the implementation of the provisions issued by the Department through the relevant departments.
- Submit the required periodic reports.
- Work on the development of its employees.
- Supervision of the legal participation in the company.
- Organizing issues according to their importance and giving dates for investigation
- Representing the company before the official and civil authorities.
- What other tasks are assigned to it.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
