Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Services Manager - Electrical with extensive experience in managing electrical systems within facility management environments, to oversee technical governance, monitor the performance of operation and maintenance contractors, and ensure the efficiency of critical electrical assets and adherence to the highest standards of operation and maintenance.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervising the performance of electrical systems contractors and following up on the quality of the work carried out
- Review the extent of compliance with preventive maintenance (PPM) plans and corrective maintenance work
- Conduct technical reviews and inspections of electrical systems
- Monitor the performance of critical electrical systems and reliability of assets
- Review power disconnection, insulation, and maintenance procedures plans
- Verify the application of SFG20 requirements and standards
- Reviewing technical reports and methodologies for electrical maintenance work
- Evaluating the efficiency of contractors’ technical work teams and ensuring their readiness
- Support electrical asset life cycle management plans and replacement plans
- Support technical reviews of electrical works in fit-out and renovation projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
At least 15 years of technical experience in the field of Facilities Management
Experience in managing, operating and maintaining major commercial facilities or government facilities.
FMP or CFM certification is required
