* Receiving and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
* Answer phone calls and messages professionally and directly
* Respond to customer and visitor inquiries and provide the necessary information.
* Recording visitor data and organizing entry and exit records.
* Coordination with different departments to meet the needs of visitors and customers.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the reception area.
* Follow up on the appointments of clients and visitors and organize the reception schedule.
* Using computer systems to enter and update data.
* Preparing daily or periodic reports on reception upon request.
* Dealing with minor complaints and referring them to the competent authority when needed.
* Adhere to the facility’s policies and procedures and maintain the confidentiality of information.
* Providing simple administrative support such as printing, copying, and archiving when needed.
* Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work.
