المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
- To ensure sales, profitability and Customer satisfaction of the Categories managed under Department
- To achieve the revenue and gross margin per sq ft targets for the categories managed
- To control inventory levels & shrinkage
- To facilitate customer purchase decisions that lead to moving the customer satisfactorily up the value chain resulting in a higher average transaction value per customer
- Increase margins and minimize expenses.
- To ensure effective stock and visual merchandising including product label, accurate and updated prices, special promotional offers, point-of-purchase promotional materials, sales planning etc.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering more complex technical questions as escalations from the Sales Assistants; perform the role of a product specialist for customers that require advanced technical advice.
- To monitor sales figures vis-à-vis plan/forecast and interpret trends to facilitate inventory planning along with the Store Manager.
- Ensuring all sales staff is trained and constantly updated product knowledge, brand differentiation's and overall competition around the catchments.
- Conducting & Monitoring AM/PM meetings.
- Maintaining effective communication between customer service and sales assistants to improve customer delight.
- To recognize and develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve and exceed the targets.
- To ensure that the sales associates and team leaders are constantly updated on the latest developments in terms of new technologies and latest products, newly introduced brands and demonstration techniques.
Mentoring sales assistants through training and career planning.
- Identifying potential market.
- Ensuring the quality solution for customer service.
- Setting the sales target to the report and ensuring to achieve.
- Maintaining the high standards of the store.
- Handling warehouse & delivery truck maintenance.
- Cooperates sales.
- Maintenance.

  • Excellent analytical and computer skills
  • English, Arabic
  • Excellent team Management and communication skills
  • Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated & a team leader
