- A branch manager is required to work at Al-Othaim Mall in Al-Rabwa district - Hafar Al-Batin city
- Working hours: variable shift system, 8 consecutive hours (morning shift from 9 to 5 p.m. - evening shift from 4 to 12 p.m.)
- One day off during the week
Main tasks:
- Supervising the daily workflow at the center
- Ensure that a safe and healthy environment is provided for children
- Supervising daily activities and ensuring a safe and healthy environment
- Conduct periodic meetings with employees to discuss challenges and provide support
- Setting a work schedule and distributing tasks to the work team
- Training the team and ensuring good performance
- Address any complaints or issues related to children and their families and ensure that they are resolved effectively
- Manage budget and resources effectively
- Follow up on quality standards and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Prepare and implement an emergency plan and follow protocols for medical incidents
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and public health standards throughout the center
- Follow up on the maintenance needs of the center’s facilities and equipment on a regular basis
- Raise the necessary maintenance requests to ensure that the center operates safely
- Using marketing methods to maintain the center’s reputation as a safe and enjoyable entertainment and educational environment for children
- Introducing the services provided by the center
- Implementing educational and recreational activities appropriate to the ages of children
- Encouraging children to develop their motor and cognitive skills through interactive play
- Dealing with emergency cases and reporting them according to approved procedures
- Monitor the environment and ensure that all toys and equipment are safe for children according to set standards
Requirements:
Experience in the same field
Qualified in a related specialty
Age not more than 35 years
