- We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Functional Consultant (Saudi National) to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for analysing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, deep knowledge of ERP systems, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to identify business requirements and align them with ERP functionalities.
• Configure and customize ERP modules to meet organisational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP implementation and integration.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective system adoption.
• Develop documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and compliance reports.
• Ensure ERP system compliance with Saudi labour laws, VAT regulations, and other local requirements.
• Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as an ERP Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of Saudi labour law and VAT compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
