- We are looking for a qualified HR Executive (Saudi National) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, government relations, payroll support, and employee relations while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management
- Maintain HR data in ROOTS and manage attendance/leaves
- Support employee relations, HR policies, and disciplinary procedures
- Handle government processes: visas, Iqama, GOSI, WPS, Qiwa, MHRSD
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll accuracy
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, leave, Saudization, contracts, etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in HR or related field
5+ years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law & government platforms.
Proficient in MS Office & HR systems
Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
Professional, organized, and highly confidential
Language requirements:
English-fluent
