- Planning and implementing lessons: preparing daily, weekly and monthly plans according to the approved curriculum, and designing innovative and stimulating educational activities
- Teaching skills: teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and fluency, taking into account individual differences
- Classroom management: controlling behavior, creating a safe and positive environment, and applying disciplinary measures when needed
- Evaluation and follow-up: designing tests, correcting assignments, providing constructive feedback, and developing remedial plans for those who fail and enrichment for those who excel.
