Essential tasks and responsibilities:
- Building long-term relationships with customers and understanding their needs and goals
- Follow up on the customer’s experience after the sale to ensure his correct use of the product or service
- Receiving customer inquiries and addressing their problems or directing them to the relevant teams
- Prepare training or guidance sessions for customers to ensure optimal use of the product
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction and retention indicators
- Work with the sales team to ensure customer expectations are aligned with the product
- Communicate with the product or development team to convey customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Providing periodic reports on clients’ status, potential risks, and treatment plans
- Support customers to find innovative solutions that enhance their use of the product
- Participate in developing strategies to improve customer experience
