- Supervising construction and finishing work on site
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans and technical specifications
- Receiving works from contractors (initial receipt)
- Site inventory and verification of quantities
- Submitting periodic reports on the progress of the project
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
At least 3 years of experience in planning and project management
Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and related regulations
Proficiency in using engineering programs and AutoCAD
