Role Overview:
- The Logistics Supervisor at Matsbond will coordinate daily logistics activities, ensuring efficient movement and storage of materials and equipment to support project delivery. This role bridges operational teams and management, guaranteeing compliance with timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise logistics personnel and coordinate daily operations across transport, warehousing, and distribution
- Monitor logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and transport teams to coordinate schedules
- Enforce safety and compliance standards in all logistics processes
- Track and report on logistics performance metrics and key indicators
- Manage inventory control in coordination with warehouse teams
- Resolve logistics issues and escalate problems as needed
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and training
- Support implementation of logistics process improvements
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records
الشروط والمهارات:
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
3+ years experience in logistics operations or supervision
Knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
