- Manage, organize and preserve all documents and files related to engineering projects according to clear procedures, and ensure the flow of information between the contractor, consultant and owner in an accurate and timely manner.
- Receiving documents from all parties (contractor - consultant - owner)
- Upload documents to the document management system (Aconex / Procore / EDMS)
- Arranging files according to the project’s approved codes (Document Codes)
- Updating the versions (Revisions) and identifying the approved and actual versions
