• Create customer orders as per requirements
• Create invoices for cash and futures customers
• Preparing packing lists for export orders
• Maintaining all files in an organized manner, including the Riyadh, Jeddah and Yanbu branches
• Print all types of labels as needed
• File properly after receiving signed copies from concerned clients
• Providing all documents with signed copies from clients when requested by the Accounts, Sales and Auditing Department
• Performing any other work related to the job
Requirements:
Proficiency in using computers, preparing spreadsheets, and office programs
