• Follow up on the operation of the branches and work to increase operating rates.
• Follow up on the collection of branches and receivables.
• Follow up on branch maintenance and work to equip them as quickly as possible.
• Follow up on contracts and ensure that they comply with the correct leasing conditions.
• Follow up on pending contracts and work to terminate them.
• Follow up on reservations and work to provide them.
• Dealing with all intermediary applications and providing reservations for them, accepting them, and routing them. Drivers for car delivery
• Follow up on submitting insurance transactions for accidents.
• Follow up on car transfers between branches and complete them in the shortest time.
• Coordinating operations between different branches
• Dealing with challenges and solving operational problems
• Follow up and analyze the financial data of the branches
• Preparing periodic reports on the branches’ performance
• Supervising the training and development of work teams
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience
Knowledge of rental platforms
Proficiency in using computers, Excel and Word programs
