- Comparing the planned progress of the workflow with the actual progress, analyzing gaps and clarifying risks
- Developing work methods and procedures and keeping pace with technical developments
- Prepare documents and reports specialized in engineering projects and their progress rates, display them, clarify them, and save them in their database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the implementation of all work paragraphs in accordance with the approved drawings and in accordance with the specifications of the clause in the contract
- Ensure that checks and tests are carried out on the materials used and that they comply with specifications and approvals
