- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for the complex’s residents, visitors and employees
- Monitoring gate entrances and ensuring that only authorized persons are allowed entry
- Carrying out periodic inspection tours within the complex and reporting any security risks
- Rapid and professional response to accidents, emergencies and residents’ complaints
- Verifying ID cards, access codes, and vehicle plate numbers according to approved systems
- Cooperating with the security supervisor and management to implement approved safety procedures
