Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing daily entries and accounting records accurately
- Review and audit invoices, expenses and receipts
- Follow up and update customer and supplier balances regularly
- Archiving and organizing accounting documents and records efficiently
- Cooperating in implementing any additional accounting tasks assigned by the department head
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting
Saudi nationality
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent communication skills and high precision in work
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
