A public relations secretary is required to work for one of the national committees in Riyadh
Requirements:
Saudi nationality
An academic qualification of no less than a bachelor’s degree in one of the administrative or related disciplines
Full proficiency in spoken and written English
At least 5 years of experience in the secretarial field or working within official or executive committees
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word - Excel - PowerPoint) professionally
Proficiency in preparing and drafting official reports in a professional and organized manner
Distinguished skill in research, analysis, gathering information and coordinating it into integrated reports
High ability to prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint
He has a high degree of tact in speaking and good dealing with various administrative levels
Ability to manage time and work under pressure within a professional work environment
