Job duties:
- Preparing technical proposals based on information and engineering drawings provided by the customer or the technical team
- Preparing financial offers in accordance with the scope of work and required specifications
- Coordination with the relevant departments (technical, financial, executive) to ensure the accuracy and speed of submission of offers
- Managing contracts and following up on the stages of their signing and implementing their provisions in cooperation with the relevant departments
- Document all correspondence, contracts and offers in the approved system to ensure easy reference
- Follow up on contract renewals and expiry dates of agreements with customers to ensure business continuity
- Contribute to developing customer service policies and improving customer experience
- Preparing periodic reports on the status of contracts, offers submitted, and the level of customer satisfaction and submitting them to senior management
Requirements:
Proficiency in preparing offers (technical and financial) in a professional and coordinated manner
Basic knowledge of contract systems and procedures (government and commercial tenders)
Follow-up and time management skills to ensure the completion of offers and contracts on the specified dates
