Job description:
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Representing the committee in official meetings and meetings and coordinating communication with relevant authorities
- Preparing and drafting correspondence, official letters, and periodic reports
- Organizing appointments, meetings, and workshops for the committee and following up on its outputs
- Preparing reports and minutes of meetings in a professional and organized manner
- Preparing presentations and socials using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva to reflect the identity of the committee
- Coordinating media and news content about the committee’s activities in cooperation with media outlets
- Managing the committee’s social media platforms and supervising the published content
- Design and implement administrative tables and follow-ups via Excel, and prepare reports with data and statistics
- Supervising the arrangement of official events (conferences - meetings - national events) and coordinating with regulatory authorities
- Preparing periodic bulletins or press releases in coordination with the committee chairman and the official spokesman
- Building positive relationships with committee members, government agencies, and relevant councils
- Ensuring adherence to the official communication method and the committee’s approved identity in all publications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Media and Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 4 years of practical experience in the field of committees, public relations, international relations, or institutional coordination
  • Proficiency in formal communication and preparation of reports and minutes of meetings
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic, with good knowledge of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Outlook)
  • The skill of preparing content and presentations professionally
  • Strong editing and formal drafting skills
  • Ability to prepare accurate reports and meeting minutes
  • High skills in coordination with multiple parties and commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
  • Flexibility in performing tasks and keeping up with the various activities of the committee
