Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell all Heroes Program services to parents and potential members.
- Oversee daily program operations and act as the main link between Arena and parents.
- Maintain regular parent communication, collecting 2–4 feedback forms weekly.
- Collaborate closely with Heroes Coaches to ensure a smooth program experience.
- Prepare and maintain accurate attendance and checklist reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and supervision for all participants.
- Prioritize child safety during arrival and departure.
- Record behavioral issues, injuries, and concerns, and report them to the Club Manager.
- Share weekly reports with the Club Manager and Heroes of the Month names with IT.
- Coordinate with Marketing for newsletter updates by the 20th of each month.
- Ensure correct use of the Perfect Gym system and completion of all membership forms.
- Stay informed about club operations, rules, promotions, and events.
- Participate in meetings, events, and professional development activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Club Manager.
