Managing daily accounting operations:
- Recording daily entries and financial transactions in the accounting system
- Follow up on cash movement (fund - bank)
- Reconciling bank accounts periodically
Preparing financial reports:
- Preparing the monthly trial balance
- Contributing to the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flows)
- Submitting periodic reports to the financial management on financial performance
- Approval of salaries and benefits for employees
- Review and approve purchase and sales invoices
- Coordination with suppliers and customers regarding payment and collection processes
Taxes, zakat and social insurance:
- Preparing tax returns (VAT, Zakat)
- Ensure compliance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority
- Ensuring the implementation of approved financial policies and procedures
- Auditing financial documents to ensure their accuracy
- Participate in preparing reports and recommendations to improve financial performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
At least 2-5 years of experience in the accounting field
Proficiency in using accounting software such as ERP, Excel, or QuickBooks
Good knowledge of financial systems and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
