- Organizing the manager’s schedule and arranging meetings and interviews
- Preparing official correspondence and drafting the required letters and reports
- Receiving visitors and answering phone calls and emails
- Organizing and saving files and documents in a way that ensures easy reference
- Coordinating travel, reservations, and organizing internal and external meeting arrangements
- Follow up on daily administrative work and ensure that instructions are implemented on time
- Coordination between the director and other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintaining the confidentiality of information and data related to the management and the company
- Providing support in external personal matters to the manager when needed
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him within the scope of administrative work
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial, or related field
At least two years of experience in the secretarial field
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
A valid driving license
Politeness, good appearance and tact
Ability to deal with various administrative levels
