- Prepare annual procurement plans and ensure that departmental needs are met
- Study purchase orders and verify their completeness and validity
- Negotiating with suppliers to get the best prices and quality
- Issuing purchase orders and following up on their implementation until full receipt
- Review invoices and documents before payment and ensure their conformity
- Evaluating suppliers and updating their database periodically
- Preparing monthly performance reports and efficiency indicators
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
2 to 5 years of working experience in procurement or supply chain
