- Setting and developing quality policies and procedures: The quality official sets and updates policies and procedures that ensure compliance with national and international standards such as ISO 9001
- Monitoring operations and evaluating performance: It supervises the various operations in the institution to ensure its quality, and places the performance indicators to evaluate them
Internal and external audit: The internal and external audits are planned to ensure that the operations are committed to the specified standards
- Data analysis and correct procedures: collects and analyzes data to determine problems and develop solutions, and continues to implement corrective and preventive procedures
- Training and awareness of employees: It trains employees on quality systems and develops their skills to enhance the application of quality standards throughout the institution
- Customer satisfaction guarantee: It follows customer notes and works to develop products and services to meet their needs and expectations
- Preparing reports and submitting recommendations: It prepares detailed periodic reports on quality performance and submitting them to senior management with the necessary recommendations for improvement
- Compliance with standards and regulations: It follows and guarantees the Foundation's commitment to national and international standards and regulations related to quality and accreditation
