Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing operational plans and programs for supporting support services and following up their implementation
Supervising transport and vehicle services and ensuring the optimal use of them
Organizing and following up cleaning and hospitality services within the facility
Supervising the work of correspondence (incoming and issued) and memorizing documents and archive
- Department of purchases for support services, starting from identifying needs to receiving materials and services, while adhering to the approved policies and procedures
- Management of suppliers (selection, evaluation, follow -up of performance) and negotiating with them in a manner that guarantees the appropriate quality, cost and supply continuity
Follow up and implement contracts concluded with service providers and external suppliers
- Administration of the team in the department, distributing tasks, following performance and developing capabilities
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports on the department's performance of senior management
Commitment to the application of quality policies and continuous improvement in department services
