The goal of the job:
- Directing and managing the sales team to achieve the company's goals in the contact lens market, and increasing its market share by developing effective sale strategies and enhancing work relationships with pharmacies and glasses and beauty shops
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Setting and implementing sales plans and strategies for contact lens products
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients from pharmacies, glasses and beauty shops
- Analysis of the contact lens market and customer needs to develop appropriate offers
Leading the sales team, training them in sales strategies and promoting products
- Follow -up to the performance performance and analysis of results to determine the strengths and weaknesses
- Coordination with marketing and logistical departments to ensure the fulfillment of requests and the implementation of promotional campaigns
- Preparing periodic reports on sales performance and submit recommendations for improvement
- Follow up the latest trends in the contact lens market and update sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
At least 5-10 years experience in contact lens sales, medical or related products
Good knowledge of the pharmacy market, glasses and beauty shops
Leadership skills, high communication and ability to manage a team
The ability to analyze and make effective decisions
