• Representing the company before the judicial authorities and labor committees
• Providing legal consultations for labor and workers laws
• Preparing and drafting notes, legal regulations and contracts
• Follow -up labor issues and ensure that they are in the formal form
• Ensure that the company's policies are compatible with the regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law or Sharia
At least 3 years experience in work and workers cases
Licensed by the Ministry of Justice or the Saudi Lawyers Authority
Infinitely by the Labor Office and Social Insurance systems
