- Welcoming the guests and directing them: Receiving guests with a friendly smile, then directing them to the appropriate tables
- Reservations management and waiting lists: Organizing and arranging waiting times for customers and coordination with the number of tables available
- Coordination with the work teams: Communication with the waiters or the kitchen crew to ensure the service of the service smoothly
Treating guest inquiries and complaints: Dealing with customer notes in a calm and professional way and providing appropriate solutions
- Answer calls: dealing with reservation requests and inquiries over the phone
- Maintaining the cleanliness and arrangement of the reception area: taking into account the arrangement of the place and the constant willingness to receive the guests
